Mutah is so happy to have been rescued from the dangers of outdoor living! He is grateful for every bowl of food, delights in every warm bed, relishes any bit of catnip offered, and especially loves a good neck and belly rub! When he first came in from off the streets, he was quite the bruiser with a thick neck and muscular arms. He looked like a battering ram! After having been neutered, he has successfully learned how to play with other cats instead of fight with them. Now he’s good friends with the whole family (kids and cats), and mostly keeps his claws in. We think he looks more like a giant chipmunk now! His truly sweet nature makes him more loveable each day.
Mutah is looking for a loving home where he will be well looked after. He is FIV positive, so he needs to be seen by a vet at the first sign of illness. Having presumably only ever lived outside, he is still becoming familiar with indoor living. Mutah’s new owner will need to spend a little extra time ensuring that his litter box is clean and accessible in order to instill good litter box habits. There can be no previous pet accident odors, and the litter should not come up higher than two inches. Mutah is not a “set it and forget it” cat. But he is sure to heap loads of boundless love, purrs, gratitude, and affection upon you. What a great companion!
